 Thursday Media Event To Include Fan Participation & Social Networking
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (Dec. 15, 2009) – What better way to welcome Danica Patrick to NASCAR than with the help of those who serve as its backbone – the fans.
A group of randomly selected JR Nation Crew fan club members will be on hand at JR Motorsports this Thursday when Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kelley Earnhardt, Kelly Bires and Patrick host a media event that will further introduce the new JR Motorsports line-up for 2010. It was announced last week that Patrick will drive a partial NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule in the No. 7 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet for JR Motorsports. Bires was tabbed earlier this year to take over the No. 88 Hellmann’s Chevrolet.

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (December 9, 2009) – Racer Danica Patrick and JR Motorsports co-owner Kelley Earnhardt announced Tuesday a two-year deal for the IndyCar star to compete in a partial NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule starting in 2010. The announcement came at a press conference in Phoenix, Ariz., home to primary sponsor GoDaddy.com. Patrick and Earnhardt joined CEO and Founder of Go Daddy Bob Parsons in unveiling the No. 7 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet.

This weekend, when Dale Earnhardt Jr. makes it to Michigan International Speedway, it will be his 350th career start in NASCAR. It’s also the site where he claimed his last victory and he’s hoping, this Sunday at the Carfax 400, to make it his 19^th victory in the Sprint Cup Series.
