Stewart to Hass-CNC? The Rumors Fly…

Two-time Sprint Cup champion Tony Stewart has driven for Joe Gibbs Racing his entire stock car career and is slated to through at least 2009. If there is any truth to rumors that have surfaced late this week, this could change.

Inside sources have told several media outlets that discussions are under way to facilitate a move that would see Tony Stewart leave Gibbs, possibly before the end of his contract, to drive a Chevy for Hass-CNC Racing. Considering the wide difference in the competitive level of the two organizations, this move would be seen as a major coup if it were to happen.

Old School Racing Postpones Inaugural Season, New Partnership to Make It Bigger and Better in 2009

  Mooresville, NC (April 24, 2008) - Old School Racing announced today a new plan for the series. Under the new plan The Old School Racing (OSR) Series will launch its inaugural season in the spring of 2009 and not in the spring of 2008 as originally planned.

Michelle Theriault To Run Truck At Kansas

Mooresville, N.C. (April 23, 2008) - With the hopes of competing in the 2008 O’Reilly Auto Parts 250 at Kansas Speedway, Michelle Theriault has aligned with Rick Markle Racing for the April 26th Craftsman Truck Series race.

The 22-year old Theriault be qualifying the number 73 truck for the same team that has entered Jennifer Jo Cobb in the number 74 truck.
