How ’bout dem RCR boys…… They sure kicked some b….ehinds today, thanks in part to the abrupt decline of the JGR Oyotas.

I Will Miss You, Dale

At Bristol Motor Speedway another legendary driver hung up his keys and retired this past weekend.

I for one am happy to see Dale Jarrett join other’s like Rusty Wallace who were able to drive until they knew it was time to retire and they never looked back.

Bowyer Wins Rain-Shortened Sharpie Mini 300

Clint Bowyer reached for an umbrella rather than the checkered flag as the Kansas native won the Nationwide Series Sharpie Mini 300 at the Bristol Motor Speedway.

Bowyer, who opted to stay out front when all but seven other cars pitted used his track position to claim his first win of 2008 as the event was red-flagged and called for rain after running 171 laps of the scheduled 300.
