Notable Quotables: Boris Said After Watkins Glen

Boris Said had some very interesting things to say about fellow Sprint Cup driver Greg Biffle after a rough Sprint Cup race at Watkins Glen, NY.  The race was run on Monday, August 15th, after rain caused it to be rescheduled from Sunday, the 14th.
