Looking in the Rear View Mirror: Kansas/Chicago

I only watched the last 4 laps of the Camping World Truck race. It was enough to see home town favorite Clint Bowyer win driving for KHI. But it seems the real excitement of the day was thirty minutes after the race when Richard Childress confronted Kyle Busch. NASCAR has deemed that Kyle Busch has done nothing to violate his probation and will decide what to do with Richard Childress Monday or Tuesday.

Drivers must choose which series to run for championship

Drivers in NASCAR’s three national series will have to elect a single championship to chase in 2011, eliminating the ability of drivers such as Brad Keselowski, Carl Edwards and Paul Menard — who were full-time double-dippers in 2010 — to chase two championships at once.

Todd Bodine, took the over the lead and just checked out to easily win the Nashville 200 at Nashville Superspeedway. It’s Bodine second win in 2010, and his 19th series win.

NEWTON, Iowa — Rookie Austin Dillon scored his first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series victory Sunday, dominating the Lucas Oil 200 at Iowa Speedway by leading 187 of 200 laps in RCR’s No. 3 Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet and earning a perfect driver rating.
