MOORESVILLE, N.C. (December 5, 2011) – Penske Racing announced today that it has reached a mutual agreement with driver Kurt Busch to end its driver/race team relationship, effective immediately. With the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series winding to a close in another monumental season of stock car racing, the Chase for the Sprint Cup has yet again become the topic of discussion in the racing realm. Jimmie Johnson has dominated the Chase for the last five years in a row, but it looks like things could turn out a little differently this year if a certain few drivers named Carl Edwards, Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch (among others) have anything to say about it.
