Before starting this column, I did a lot of research. It is one thing to listen to MRN, quite another to see the videos. IMHO, it was not the inital collision with the number 09 car that caused the problem at the race end, rather a case of Ryan being in the wrong [...]

With the economy as it is, I can understand how track attendence is down, but television ratings?
Could it be that the COT and FOT (new term: FAN OF TODAY) do not mix?

Richard Petty and John Andretti are going to race in the Indy 500 together. What would Big Bill think? It’s true… NASCAR drivers and teams have never been successful at Indy. If memory serves. the Woods Brothers went in the 60s to show the Indy boys how to do pit stops.

My column, “Dear Brian…” got almost 1,000 hits during its first week. When Pipe Smoke came on the scene as an independent site, the first 1,000 hits took over a year.
