  • LOVE IT. THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE A FEW DARKER COLORS ON IT BUT HEY. IT LOOKS GREAT.

    Comment by SHANE — Wednesday, September 19, 2007 @ 4:58 PM

  • I like it too. The scheme is subtle, simple yet attractive. Also like how the scheme is the same for both cars despite the colors, keeps the team cars uniform looking!

  • I see double trouble on the way, time to kick *** and take some names!!!!

  • i like the green amp car better but the blue national guard scheme is pretty nice too. bring on the competition.

    Comment by D.J. — Wednesday, September 19, 2007 @ 10:05 PM

  • Ugh!!!! I hate it.

    Comment by KathyLagler — Thursday, September 20, 2007 @ 10:03 AM

  • I THINK IT LOOKS TOO GIRLY! I DON’T THINK IT SHOWS OFF HIS PERSONALITY ON THE TRACK AT ALL. HE SHOULD GET BLACK WHERE THE WHITE IS! THAT WOULD MAKE IT LOOK COOL! MAYBE HE WILL CHANGE IT ONE DAY OR WRECK IT IN THE BACK ONE. JUST JOKING. HATE THE WHITE THOUGH FOR REAL.

    Comment by Karan — Thursday, September 20, 2007 @ 10:11 AM

  • Jr. always said he liked to race white cars, so as he designed these cars he finally got what he wanted. I love it no matter what as long as he wins.

    Comment by Jan — Thursday, September 20, 2007 @ 4:27 PM

  • Good! So does this mean we are done?

    Comment by becki4jb — Thursday, September 20, 2007 @ 9:39 PM

  • I think it is very different and unique! The longer I looked and studied the car, the more I liked it. A great new start for this team. Go Junior 2008 :)

    Comment by Sonya Lauterbach — Thursday, September 20, 2007 @ 10:17 PM

  • Both cars look good. They will take some getting used to at first. We’ll get good long looks as Lil’e runs across the line at the checkered in his First Place
    finishes next go around.
I’m thinking more on the change that is slowly developing in Lil’e’s appearence. Every time he has around, he is beginning to look more like Jeffy and JJ, generally speaking.
We like him for his individuality rather than another ‘Ken doll’ on the team.

  • If Jr.is happy it’s all good.His fans should think that way.FOREVER3GO8!!!

    Comment by Earl — Friday, September 21, 2007 @ 9:34 AM

  • Looks okay. More reserved than I expected. I’d like the Mountain Dew green better than the teal color. I was hoping that at least one scheme would look like DW’s old Mountain Dew car from the 80’s.

Comment by Dave in Indy — Friday, September 21, 2007 @ 10:32 AM

  • Boy are they ugly. I dont see myself going out to buy any new Jr merchandise any time soon. I thought the Mountain dew car would have a chance…but sadly I was mistaken.

    Comment by Dave — Friday, September 21, 2007 @ 2:08 PM

  • Love the colors, and the fact that he has chosen something besides beer ads, is good role modeling for his younger fans, but is it me or do the numbers stand straight up!!!! unusual for that, most have a forward or backward stant. but i like it, after all he is a stand up guy!!!! Love him as i did his daddy

    Comment by sheila — Friday, September 21, 2007 @ 3:07 PM

  • HI,EVERYTIME THE CAR GOES BY THE FRONT STRETCH ALL YOU WILL BE THINKING OF IS HEY THAT’S DALE JARRETTS CAR.TWO R’S TWO T’S WHO CARES.WHAT CAN BROWN DO FOR YOU AT UPS?? I THINK THE 88 LIKE MARK MARTIN HAVE BEEN AROUND TO LONG.SEE YA AT THE TRACK!!!!

    Comment by DON ZEIDLER — Monday, September 24, 2007 @ 6:03 PM

  • That is one nice car. I am a big fan of the Earnharts. i can’t wait untill his diecast cars comes out.

    Comment by James — Friday, September 28, 2007 @ 2:27 PM

  • I am overseas but still a big time earnhardt fan and never miss a race. I have followed the family since I was a little kid. Now I am 44 and have still never been to a real nascar race but I never miss a race shown on AFN(Armed Forces Network) never!!! I think Jr’s car should be one base color like his old one (8) with the 88 being white. 1st that would of course piss off teresa but hey she wouldn’t budge on the #8 anyway so who cares. I feel though that no matter what he drives I will always back him. I never wanted to watch Nascar again after the death of Dale Sr but I decided to stay on and support the family by trying to be there for Jr knowing it had to be rough for him. So now I am a big Jr. fan because I believe in the Earnhardts win or loose. Just wish I could make it to one race though, oh well thats what dreams are for right?

Comment by Chuck Lippman Jr — Friday, October 26, 2007 @ 3:36 AM

  • His car looks good. I just hope all those Lil E fans realize who his teammates are. They will be a tough team to beat next season. Maybe Jr. will “finally” get his championship that he deserves.

    Comment by Stephen — Friday, October 26, 2007 @ 11:22 PM

  • we love it! hope it runs as fast as it looks. hope the motors last longer than dei does.

    Comment by CURTIS — Monday, October 29, 2007 @ 8:48 PM

  • Yuck. The single dominant base color schemes work better; T. Stewart, J. Burton (Cingular) and Jr’s #8. But it’s the driver we support, not the paint job.

Comment by Mike and Val — Wednesday, November 7, 2007 @ 1:05 PM

  • #8 was a very classy car it was not cluttered it stood out from the other cars, this one is cluttered and will blend in with the other cars. It is a shame I am very disappointed

    Comment by Angela Blanchard — Friday, November 9, 2007 @ 1:32 AM

  • Hey,did ya all notice the “Bud” decal on the fender where NASCAR controls where small sponsors are required to be placed???

    Comment by Joey Randazzo — Wednesday, December 26, 2007 @ 11:00 AM

  • That would be for the “Bud Pole Award”.

    Comment by Mike Irwin — Wednesday, December 26, 2007 @ 11:39 AM

  • Will be just like his 07 results…SAD AND DISAPPOINTING !!!

    Comment by travis bultema — Monday, December 31, 2007 @ 7:04 PM

  • I think whatever Dale Jr drives will look JUST FINE!!!

    Comment by Sandie — Wednesday, January 2, 2008 @ 8:58 PM

  • paint O.K. car uglyer than sin itself

    Comment by chuckles b c — Friday, January 4, 2008 @ 11:10 AM

  • I like it. I drink that amp stuff alot, and alot of mountain dew, and people always tell me how bad it is for you. Now I can just say I’m supporting Jr’s new look! Lol. I like it though.

    Comment by Samantha — Friday, January 4, 2008 @ 9:48 PM

  • The colors will not stand out on the track like the red with the white 8. Could always spot the Bud car.
Maybe it will be in the Winners Circle where it will be noticed.

    Comment by Sharon — Saturday, January 5, 2008 @ 10:39 AM

  • COME ON…WHO THE HECK DESIGNED THIS CRAP. NEEDS SOMETHING ELSE TO STAND OUT. NOT DULL A.. GREEN.

THIS IS EARNHARDT..GIVE US FANS SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF.

    Comment by will — Tuesday, February 12, 2008 @ 7:36 AM

  • I think that it looks great. I believe that it’s your color but you did look good in red but I believe better in your new colors. If your ever come to missouri you should come to Carthage. It’s a really nice town.

    Comment by Sam — Wednesday, May 21, 2008 @ 1:39 PM

  • as far as the colors go…dale jr makes any color look fabulous!!!!!!
sorry if yall dont agree with me, but, i’d race with dale, jr. any day of the week….for free….he’s the greatest, he has a southern gentleman in him, along with that mysterious and shy little boy too, but donnnnnnn’t make him mad, ’cause he will getcha on the track when you least expect it….and i love it…..great colors great racer…great person….
GO DALE…SMILE WITH THOSE BEAUTIFUL HAZEL EYES…
