Do Junebugs Like Doin’ The Dew?

According to several fan web sites (one says they have spoken to a Hendrick Motorsports media rep), Dale Earnhardt Jr. will be driving the #5 Mountain Dew Chevrolet Impala SS in 2008.

The deal is reported to be worth at least $30 million per year from Pepsico, who owns the Mountain Dew soft drink brand.

The announcement is supposed to be made at Indy for the Brickyard 400.
