Award-winning journalist Kenny Bruce, assistant managing editor of NASCAR Scene, will be back to take his turn on the Writer’s Block, a weekly segment he shares with Rick Minter, senior writer for RacinToday.com, in which two of the top writers in the sport discuss the biggest stories in and around NASCAR.
