Brian France has put the finishing touches on my NA$CAR viewing as I will NOT watch any car that looks Toyota race. Look where IROC is now!

They should be called the sunday bore or valve stem pullers . They have the aerodynamics of bricks . They look like some kid designed them after watching the rice burning cars in the fast and the furious . Can't say NASCAR is progressing if none of the drivers enjoy driving them .

It looks like IROC to me. Let's hope that the fans (or lack thereof) doesn't replicate the few that show up for IROC races.

My name for the COT would be a lump of mud at the bottom of The Lake at Daytona.

It reminds me of the song "I owe my soul to the company store".

Just call them NASCARs powered by Ford, Dodge, Chevy, or Toyota as they certainly don't represent anything built by Detroit (or where ever). As far as renaming them Avenger, Impala etc., they could just as easily call them the Pinto, Chevete, Dart or whatever.

Give me the good old days when you didn't have to hunt for the decal to tell what make of car it was.

I have to agree with Steve on this. IROC was the first thing that came to my mind. Sure it is still racing regardless of the ride, but without the different makes of cars the fan base for Nascar (STOCK car)would surely diminish. If you don't believe that, then why all the stink about Toyota? By the way, how many Little E fans would abandon ship if Dale climbed in a Toyota for Mikey?
