You've got to be kidding me. Plate racing is as far from real racing as it gets. It's more like driving down the freeway hoping you are in the fastest lane and praying somebody, icluding yourself, doesn't screw up. Veteran fans look forward to it? Well, I've only been following NASCAR since the mid 1950's so I guess I'm not a veteran fan. I'll take Atlanta, Charlotte, Texas, Richmond, Martinsville, even Daytona, over 'Dega any day.
